ISO 9001 Certification |

European Certification |

Management Quality Certification on the basis of ISO-9000 norms is one of the
main instruments leading to the removal of the technical barriers and the obstacles
to the free circulation of goods and services within the European Economic Community,
and further beyond. It is well known that the competiveness of an enterprise is
made more and more difficult by the opening up of the market and by the reduction
of time and distances in the global community. So the certification of a production
process and of a company's correct running and proper management is one of the
best methods of communicating to a customer or a potential customer one's image
and one's reliability through a series of data and objective parameters. C.M.A.
has chosen the ISO-9001 norms since it intended covering the whole field ot
its activities: from designing to research and development, from production to
purchasing, from sales and marketing to administration, from quality control to
after-sales service. A total quality management system is the projection of a
company into the new era: in fact, the century into which we have just stepped
is bound to be the Century of Quality.
