How are C.M.A. machines made ? What are their main features?
Each machine that comes off the assembly-line is tested twice (once with simulation of actual operations, and the second time for electricals and security). Each operator along the assembly line is trained to check not only his work, but also the work of all the assemblers upstream, so that there should never be a progression of faults in the assembly. Some distinctive features of the C.M.A. machines are: (a) frames made of heavy-gauge electro-plated steel and assembled with screws; there is no corrosion of welded joints, a major benefit for the long life of a machine. (b) heavy-duty gaskets for machine durability. (c) boosted boilers especially to grant greater steam and hot water extraction. (d) easily-removable panels to facilitate the technical maintenance.

What training does C.M.A. give on its equipment ?
All our importers are encouraged to send their service engineers over to Italy for a few days' training at regular periods, especially when new lines of equipment or major modifications are brought in. Training is not made in the form of seminars for big groups, since this would be only one-way talk and not a sharing of ideas and solutions. We prefer to organize training for a maximum of 3-5 people so that we can discuss on a two-way plane, and make the most of their stay in Italy. |

C.M.A. is certified for TOTAL QUALITY on the basis of ISO- 9001 norms. What does this mean ?
The series of norms known as UNI-EN-ISO-9001 lay down the necessary parameters for a Company to be certified for the quality of their organization and service. This means that we at C.M.A. are organized in such a way that the flow of work in all departments and offices is consequential and connected to all departments: sales, production, logistics, customer service, administration. The customer knows that they are getting not only a top-quality product, but also top-quality service and information.
