CMA is a company open to study technical tailored solutions so as to meet in the
best way possible the specific needs of every single customer.
As an example, we report below the study and a solution for
a special requirement of the UK market.
REQUIREMENT
A coffee machine that can:
1) Brew large coffees & teas without varying the thermal
stability
2) Supply steam in great quantity without decreases of the boiler
pressure
SOLUTIONS
The studies carried out led us to the following technological
choices:
Increased
heat exchanger capacity
Increased
boiler capacity
Increased
power
RESULTS
Tea brewing test (comparative test carried out both on
a traditional machine and on a boosted version, based on measurement
of the temperatures of the boiler and of the water let out after
each one out of 30 shots of hot water):
The boiler temperature surveyed
in the boosted version varies in time, but its boiler average value outnumbers
that of the traditional machine.
The tea
temperature brewed in the boosted version turns out to be very
stable and much higher in comparison with that of the traditional
machine.
Test steam let out (comparative test carried out both on
a traditional machine and on a boosted version, opening the
steam outlet and taking the temperature of the boiler measured
by time):
The boiler temperature of the boosted version is higher than
that in the traditional machine, specifically allowing thermal
stability in time.
